Disgusting
The stairs to the top were totally rickety. The room was completely dirty and broken. The bed was covered in stains. The towels were just as dirty. The lights and the wifi didn't work. The rest of the room, if it wasn't completely dirty, was completely dusty! Apparently the cleaning staff didn't want to climb the many steps to the last room to clean it properly. The railing on the balcony was wobbly. You get the impression that the whole hotel would collapse if you took firm steps. We wanted to find a new hotel straight away so we didn't have to spend the night there. Unfortunately, all the good hotels in the area were fully booked. So we had to spend the night there.... No sleep to speak of, as the parties on the beach are so loud that you can hear them in the room as if you were right next to them. The lights weren't even repaired even though we mentioned it. We left immediately the next morning. No discussion from reception. So you get the impression that this kind of thing happens often. At least we got our money back for the remaining nights. You're better off spending the night on the beach. It's definitely cleaner there... Simply disgusting!

Stunning Location and View, Yet Average Accommodations
The panoramic view and the amiable staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond, transporting our luggage to the room and fulfilling all our requests despite the challenging climb.
In the evening, locating our room proved challenging as the signage was unclear, and the lobby closed at 8 p.m. Consequently, we spent a minimum of 45 minutes wandering up and down in search of our room.
To make matters worse, the lights outside our room were non-functional, and hence our accommodation appeared to be in a dimly lit corner of the resort.
Due to the elevated location of the room, water pressure was notably low.
The property exhibited signs of neglect, with litter strewn about and overgrown weeds. There is room for improvement in terms of maintenance.
The pool, unfortunately, was both small and appeared inadequately maintained, giving it an unappealing appearance.

Dont think we would come back
Views were amazing - which was expected as we were one of the highest rooms.
Front desk ran after us after leaving thinking we had stolen a towel. The fact was that the second towel was under a pillow as only one pillow was provided each and the spares they had in the room were mouldy and filthy.
Also, the rooms are interconnected so not great if you have noisy neighbours like we did.
Would be unlikely to stay here again.
