I would definitely stay again.
The coffee shop is great and has amazing coffee. The staff are so friendly and polite, they really helped me out as a foreigner by giving me tips on how to get about Bangkok.

Worst hotel experience
When we arrived, there was no front desk — just a laminated sheet with phone numbers to call for check-in. After multiple attempts of calling the number, we were finally told to go to a partner coffee shop next door to collect our key. Even then, no one explained how to use the key or how to enter the building. When we went out later, the coffee shop was closed and we were locked out. We called the emergency number repeatedly with no answer until the sixth call, when we were finally given a code to the hotel entrance and could then get in.
We paid extra for a balcony room but were given a standard window room instead. When we contacted the manager, they were adamant we had only booked a standard room — despite us providing proof of the balcony booking. The manager told us to contact Booking.com for a refund, but that never happened. They also claimed the balcony room was unavailable, yet it showed it was available for our dates whilst we were still there.
The bathroom wasn’t great, a leaking shower from the room above caused puddles, there was a hole in the wall and mould around the shower.
Our room was entered despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which felt like a serious breach of privacy.
To make matters worse, the manager ignored our follow-up messages, and there was EXTREMELY loud construction noise early in the morning which we had no warning of.
Overall, this property is poorly managed, misleading and unresponsive. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
