Unprofessional hostel

I booked and paid for 5nights but they we’re taking my belongings out of my bed because of their system. No elevator I had to go back and forth for 4th floors for 3 rounds as they were given me alternative bed which it was not cleaning . They claimed not wear shoes but every one wears shoe … it’s so confusing and annoying
