Splendid Standard Double Room!

We booked the standard double room (20th Oct to 22nd Oct 2018).
Pros :
-The room is clean, huge, spacious! (for 2 people) we have lots of spaces to ourselves
-Bicycles and motorbikes for rent available
-Free tropical fruits everyday and you can make your own drinks at the lobby area
-There's a fan if you feel that the aircond is not enough (but the aircond is enough!)
-The bathroom is clean (this is enough for us)
-Around 350m to the nearest 7-Eleven and 800m to the nearest Wat which is Wat Phra Mahatat
Need to know :
-The water pressure is quite low
-Limited housekeeping (I think you need to request, as for us, we do not need housekeeping services that much)
-One of the staff speaks good English, others don't but you can always use Google translate, they'll understand.
-There's some kind of a strong smell as we entered the room, a very pungent and scented, it smells good but after a while my friend did get a headache (but still bearable). I forgot to ask what that was, might buy the air freshener or whatever that they put inside because the scent was so strong that even our clothes smells like it after a few days we left Ayutthaya! haha

Nice and clean hostel

- room is big (but dark), has all basic things that a solo traveler (as I ) need
- very nice decoration of outdoor area.
- Very clean
- nice staff but doesn't speak English
- Free fruit and drinks in the common area

Very nice!

We stayed here for three nights in the double room. The place is nice and cosy, close to the main attractions. You can also rent a bike for just30 bath. The room was essential but clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the bathroom which smelt a bit. However, great value for money!

Value for money

First stay in a hostel. Apart from the air conditioning (which I didn't think was very effective) this was good value for the money based on the other 10 places we'd stayed in Thailand.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the place had a fan as well as the a/c unit so wasn't too bad. There is a great communal area and free, self service tea, coffee, water, toast, biscuits, fruit etc.
Parking available and bikes for rent.
Would recommend based on the other accommodation we've stays in.

Great Value

Stayed here one night in the double room. They also have a bunk-style room for backpackers. The staff was friendly and the facilities were very nicely designed. Convenient location in the middle of many attractions, also in walking distance to a hopping bar and good restaurants.
