Wonderful spa getaway

Lovely little spa resort in Wulai right on the river. We opted for the rooms with onsen baths in the room, which was super nice, but the shared onsen is also lovely. It’s a bit of a walk from the old street (1.5 km or 1 mile) and a bit far from Taipei (worth renting a car) so the location isn’t perfect, but in some ways it’s good that it’s out of the way.
The breakfast is fantastic - more brunch than breakfast - with great coffee. We never stayed for lunch. Unfortunately they don’t offer dinner, though the balcony would be lovely to have dinner overlooking the water.
More than anything the staff are lovely and super friendly. Definitely recommended for a spa getaway to get away from the city!

The accommodation is accessible via the public bus to Wulai. The walk to Wulai old street is about 15 min but you can also take the public bus to Wulai old street. There is a small stretch of area about 5 min away where there are food available. The staff is friendly and helpful and bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast is bento style, mainly Chinese but bread is available as well. If you are looking for a stay in Wulai, this place is highly recommended.

For me, it was a great experience.
The customer service was really nice, especially there was a front desk lady with short hair and specs. She seemed to enjoy her job and it’s great to have her around. The onsen was really well managed and up to standard too. Had a pleasant stay and definitely will recommend.

perhaps the best hotel in Wulai region. Value for money. with good public bath and onsen. Also with a good room with Private bath in the room. Will visit again if i have a chance. Lastly the hotel gave good wine for our 23rd Anniversary. Very thoughtful and Thank you.
