The breakfast hall needs to be improved as I am bitten by mosquito when I am taking breakfast on the first day. Inevitably have to skip the breakfast for the rest of the days.

The staff was good and corteous, hotel is very affordable and accessible to, I like it that its just beside all the convenience store. The only down side is the room has a strong cigarette odor.

Room slightly shabby, bathroom had strong smell when arriving. Solvable after rinsing with shower, though. Not so pleasant to have encountered police spot check.

Disappointing stay; expensive for this experience

Old run down room altho i paid for superior. Dirty carpet, jammed small dustbin, poor housekeeping standard. Messy lobby. Power tripped, air con broke down. Slept with a fan. No shower curtain so wet bathroom floor. No space to put toiletries. Only 2 pillows. More like cost cutting than about earth saving. The worst hotel experience I had

Avoid Walker Hotel Ximen at all costs! This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in—it doesn’t even deserve to be called a hotel. It felt more like a rundown, noisy hostel with zero hygiene or comfort.
The aircon was completely broken, and the room was like an oven. You have to sleep with a standing fan. There was NO hot water, so I had to take freezing showers. They didn’t even provide basic soap or toiletries—I had to go out and buy my own. The bedsheets were visibly dirty and stained, and the toilet was filthy, with no lock on the door, which is just unacceptable.
There was no daily housekeeping . It’s like they just threw me into a used room and left me there. The walls are paper-thin, and it was incredibly noisy all night—I barely got any sleep. This place doesn’t care about cleanliness, safety, or guest experience.
Please don’t be fooled by photos or low prices. This place should be shut down or at least reclassified as a low-grade hostel. If you care at all about hygiene, comfort, or getting any sleep, do NOT stay here.
