Overall good experience
Overall good experience.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It definitely helped that we also got a free upgrade.
The hotel has a small play area for children, a small swimming pool, as well as a decently-sized gym - these are useful.
Location-wise, this is a 10-minute walk from the outlet mall, and along the way there are plenty of F&B outlets as well as convenience stores. Car parking is also relatively easy, although the individual lots were somewhat small for our van.
Service was good, and most of the staff members were friendly. The lady at the bar (don't remember her name, but included her picture) was great - very friendly and helpful.

Great and convenient!
Exceptional service especially with most of the front desk staff, very accommodating, friendly and professional. The buffet and the bar offers great variety of food and drinks, and the staff also very attentive and efficient. The pool and the gym are both outstanding!!! Location is also absolutely fantastic with MRT across the road and the outlets within walking distance!

Excellent location and service
We stayed for transit at Taoyuan Airport.
It is just a short walk from Linkou Station of Taoyuan MRT, about 20 minutes from Taoyuan Airport, Global Mall directly connected to the station opposite the hotel, FamilyMart near the hotel, Mitsui Outlet Park about a 10-minute walk away, and I think the location is very good where you can enjoy shopping, food and drink.
The rooms were kept clean and the staff were friendly and very comfortable.
Especially if you are staying by transit, there are not many restaurants around Taoyuan Airport, so Four Points by Sheraton Linkou is recommended!

Convenient location between airport and downtown with improvement potential
Highlights
- The hotel is located just on the opposite of the Metro Station from which it takes only 60 minutes to the International Airport
- I received a room upgrade and was able to experience the studio suite, great design and layout with huge space
- Friendly and professional check in and check out service
Improvement potential
- The AC in the room can only cool the temperature down without heating function, it’s felt a bit chilly when I visited the hotel middle of December, especially in the bathroom
- The window quality is unfortunately very poor and the traffic noise from outside was unbearable during the night
- The curtain was thick but was not able to cover all the light from outside in the morning

Great option for airport access
Conveniently located opposite a stop along the airport line, just a short distance from the airport. One of the best choices if you have an early departure or late arrival.
Hotel itself was rather good - comfortable rooms, decent breakfast spread.
Near an outlet mall too if that’s your thing. A number of food options nearby too, but don’t expect anything like the variety in Taipei.
