What a welcome!

We spent a week at the Pointe de Zinal. The comfort was there, the breakfast plentiful, and the welcome warm. A special mention for Joachim. His good humor, efficiency, and friendliness were truly one of the keys to the pleasure we experienced during our stay in Zinal.

Weakness: difficulty adjusting the temperature of the shower water (so cool showers!)

We come back to Zinal but to another hotel.

The hotel has no soul, no accommodating friendliness. The room was for us older people on the limit of what was reasonable, steep stairs to the bedroom etc. On arrival at 2.15pm on the day of arrival everything was closed, including the restaurant and no one present.

Good hotel, small room

The hotel is in the center close to the cable car and restaurants
Clean and welcoming
Very small room for 220frs
Good breakfast with cheese and cold cuts
Few parking spaces
Not sufficiently soundproofed but very well renovated
We'll go back.

Excellent.

Nice room and friendly staff. Good breakfast as well. I did the Haute route from Chamonix to Zermatt. I had a god night sleep and warm shower to keep me going again.
