Gastronomic journey to the East

At the restaurant, the welcome is friendly and smiling. Quality Moldovan meals. The Mexican sommelier is sorely lacking in professionalism in terms of both the meal service and the wine service. - Too bad because it weighs a little on the meal. -!! not to lose the beautiful outpouring of sympathy.

Alle Erwartungen übertroffen

Wunderschöne, grosse Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir hatten bequeme Betten und wurden durch sehr freudliches und angenehmes Personal empfangen. Die Organisation lief schnell und unkompliziert ab. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Erreur de réservation par le relai, à nous de trouver un hôtel …

Pour un petit week-end en famille dans le magnifique canton du valais, nous choisissons ce B&B qui nous paraissait superbe. Pour bien faire les choses, nous contactons directement l’hôtel, sans passer par des sites de réservation. Une semaine avant, nous avons donc confirmation que notre chambre sera dispo pour la date souhaitée. Après une belle journée passée aux alentours de Sion, nous arrivons au relai du Simplon… personne. Nous téléphonons pour que quelqu’un nous ouvre; on nous répond en hésitant, mais on vient quand même nous ouvrir plusieurs minutes plus tard… on nous dit : mais je n’ai pas de réservation… on montre les courriels échangés, oui, nous avions bien réservé, c’était confirmé, mais inscrit nulle part.. il s’agit d’une erreur, d’un oubli. Apparement, si on réserve par une plateforme de réservation on est moins oublié que si on prend directement contact, dommage !
Certes, il s’agit d’un oubli, d’une erreur, cela arrive à tous. Mais on nous dit ensuite: la seule chose que je peux vous dire c’est d’aller à l’hôtel un peu plus loin…. Donc c’était à nous de nous débrouiller, un couple avec un bébé d’à peine 6 mois !! Pas un coup de fil à cet hôtel pour savoir s’il y a de la place, pour arranger les choses… rien et c’est bien dommage.

"Excellente adresse"

Accueil, confort et service sont au rendez-vous pour cet agréable hotel.
Petit déjeuné copieux et varié.
Excellent restaurant également où l'on déguste les meilleurs gnocchis du Valais et sans doute bien au-delà.
Je recommande cet hotel sans aucune réserve.

Buffet du midi froid chaud dessert : varié, sain, frais, que du bonheur
Service et cadre : exceptionnels, sympathique, avenants
Terrasse : agréable
Superbe decouverte
Bravo bel automne, vivement la chasse.
