Clean, functional

A relatively spacious apartment (+/- 40m²), very clean. He lacks nothing. Everything is relatively functional and well arranged (bathroom, kitchen). Good bedding. Located in the pedestrian part of the city, close to many shops, the cathedral, metro 3 minutes walk.
Helpful and supportive owners.
Take into account that there is a long and steep staircase up to the first floor. Then elevator from the first floor (apartment on the 3rd). So not suitable for strollers, young children, mobility difficulties or carrying suitcases.
At night, there can sometimes be noise from the street outside if you leave the windows open.
