The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. Everything felt warm, welcoming, and wonderfully homely.

A small gastronomic jewel in Valais

Booked relatively last minute, not least because of many positive reviews: and what can I say?! Martin Brigger and Melanie Williner are truly a "force"! The greeting, the check-in, and the help with luggage transport already suggested that the stay could be really nice. And that is exactly how it turned out: great breakfast, a highly recommended 4-course dinner (half board), a magnificent room with a sensational view of the four-thousand-meter peaks of the Valais (even better from the balcony), and a rotating and very attentive service team. All of that defines Hotel Gaedi: family-run from A to Z, including hiking tips and much more.

Great hotel in a great village

Our stay at Hotel Gädi reflected everything we loved about Grächen: it was beautiful, efficient, spotlessly clean and welcoming, with excellent food.
Waking up every morning to the view from our window was breathtaking. It looked almost unreal, like something from an AI-generated image.
Both the hotel and Grächen as a whole exceeded our expectations in every way.

A wonderful stay: from the 4-course menu to the hospitality, and all in a dreamlike setting!

We spent a week's vacation at Hotel Gädi and were surprised and delighted from the first to the last minute by the friendliness, but also the professionalism of all the staff. We were a small group (running vacation) and every wish was fulfilled for us. From the very early breakfast, to special meals, right up to the table arrangements. The dinner itself was worth the vacation: a delicious 4-course menu every day - that is pure pampering! We will definitely be happy to come back, the town is also a dream, very tranquil and relaxing. Many thanks for everything!

Exclusive stay with excellent cuisine and very friendly hosts

I participated in the alphorn course week with Kurt Ott in Grächen. I felt very comfortable at Hotel Gaedi. The hosts are extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. As a guest, you feel like a king; everything is done so that you can enjoy your days. The breakfast buffet and, above all, the 4-course dinner were outstanding and always tasted excellent. Very good price-performance ratio.
