Highly recommend this extremely charming and well located hotel!

The location of this hotel is perfect and the overall charm is unbeatable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was outstanding. Due to a missed connection we had to completely change travel plans for our trip to Switzerland at the very last minute and ended scrambling to book a reservation in Chur the day before we arrived. I didn't pay attention to the booking that this a non-airconditioned room – I was making this reservation at the very last minute while stranded on the tarmac missing our initial connection to Switzerland. The fan in the room couldn't combat the 90+ degree summer temps. But we were extremely thankful to get the reservation and the overall charm of the hotel and great location made up for 2 extremely warm nights.
Overall the room and the hotel were beautiful, plus we appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room.
The room also had an internet connected television, but since internet connection for the TV had never been set-up to the hotel wifi, we weren’t able to stream anything – we were trying to distract ourselves at night given the heat
I definitely highly recommend this room and if we’re ever in Chur again, we would definitely return.

The Grisons

Charming hotel with good level services, welcoming and well-managed. Restaurant and bar are very pleasant and with excellent typical regional offerings

Charming 4* hotel, right in the old town, our room was great: modern, large...

Very nice quiet room, mostly excellent service (only OK at breakfast)
Breakfast unfortunately mediocre (not 4* standard, only small pre-packaged plates)

Lovely, Pleasant,

I wouldn't know what to complain about! Everything was PIGOBELLO! The staff helpful and friendly! Room clean, well ventilated!
I can only recommend the Hotel Stern!
