A big joke
Moreover, the table was filled with peanut shells from previous customers, not even inspiring the waitress to clean it.

Absolutely to be avoided – blatant usurpation of the 4-star label
Deplorable hygiene: As soon as we arrived, we noticed the presence of hair in the bathroom and stained bed sheets. A serious breach, totally unacceptable to any hotel, and even more so to this level of stars.
Underequipped bathroom: Only one small linen per person, barely 60x40 cm. No towels worth the name, no hand linen, no extra towels available. This runs counter to the minimum requirements imposed on 4-star hotels by HotellerieSuisse, which require a complete towel per guest.
Outrageous breakfast: Cold, minimalist, without choice and never replenished. Guests arriving in the last half hour have almost no access to anything, which is contrary to Swiss hotel guidelines, which require full service throughout the advertised time slot.
Reception not available: No personnel after a certain time. We experienced a serious night incident, and no one could be reached. For a hotel with more than 30 rooms, not providing a 24-hour service is simply irresponsible and contravenes the basic obligations of hotels in this category.
Inconsistent and poorly designed restaurant: One room where you can enjoy a fine fish sitting next to a client eating a fondue... the smell is unbearable, the experience degrading. The 4-star establishments differentiate the culinary atmosphere, which is not the case here. This is an aberration.
Poorly ventilated rooms, no sound insulation: You’ll hear your neighbors arguing as if they were in your room. No comfort, no respect for privacy. No double plugs at the bedside, which requires you to unplug the lamp to charge your phone. For a 4-star? This is a farce.
Staff absent, information missing: On arrival, no explanation on the spa, breakfast or check-out times. No professional welcome, no assistance when we need it.
Spa? Ridiculous. For 39 rooms, 4 loungers, a narrow space, without sufficient capacity. This is not a spa, it is a tourist catcher. The price is a 4-star, but no service is actually.
Conclusion: This hotel has neither the capacity nor the rigour of a 4-star establishment. I am truly surprised that he still retains this ranking, which does not reflect the reality of the place. Urgently to be avoided — and reported, so that other customers don’t get fooled.
