Well situated & connected, great hotel with nice people

Great hotel, and thankfully had proper AC which is rare in Basel. The staff are very friendly, and it’s located just by the main train station and has great tram connectivity stops right in front! We also had some date change requests which the assistant director Celine very kindly accommodated! (Could use some facilities upgrade to bring more ambience - but not a dealbreaker). Will certainly return.

Very comfortable, location great for exploring the city especially with the complimentary Basel card I received and the weather really made me appreciate the ice machine and (sparkling) water station!

The staff was amazing! The gentlemen at the door were so helpful with handling our luggage. They went out of their way to make sure we found our way to the train station safely.

Nice getaway!

Great location 2 minutes from Basel Central Station, and about 10 minutes from the Old Town.
Comfortable rooms, but a little noisy due to the tram station located right in front. It would be appropriate to fill the rooms on the back as long as there are still some available.

Nice room, with good bed, nice shower, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Please note that many of the rooms face the square where there are several trams that can create disturbing sounds, also early mornings, but I had no problems with that, so it is a question of how sensitive you are to that
