Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Very comfortable and rooms were more quiet than we expected for being at the train station. We stayed in the villa rooms which were at the back of the hotel.

Well situated & connected, great hotel with nice people

Great hotel, and thankfully had proper AC which is rare in Basel. The staff are very friendly, and it’s located just by the main train station and has great tram connectivity stops right in front! We also had some date change requests which the assistant director Celine very kindly accommodated! (Could use some facilities upgrade to bring more ambience - but not a dealbreaker). Will certainly return.

Nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip, very thankful for air conditioning since it was a hot July. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom. Nice restaurant for dinner next door.

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Only steps away from train station and close to old town. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, location great for exploring the city especially with the complimentary Basel card I received and the weather really made me appreciate the ice machine and (sparkling) water station!
