Lund’s coziest and most personal hotel

A fantastic hotel in a beautiful old house super centrally located in the middle of old Lund, cozy furnished rooms where one is not the same and with a wonderful friendly service-minded staff prepared to take care of everything and everyone, a brilliant breakfast in top class and a first class Italian restaurant at the bottom.
At this hotel we have always placed all artists who perform at Visfestivalen in Lund and need accommodation. Everyone enjoys staying at the lovely Hotel Concordia, Lund’s coziest and most personal hotel. Highly recommended and I really mean it!! ❤️

Does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel! Very dated, a bit dirty, breakfast mediocre, uncomfortable beds etc.

Nice and helpful staff. The room was very small and backed onto a yard with bottlebanks. Noisy. Receptionstaff were unclear whether I had already paid for the room at time of booking and as I could not remember, I paid in the hope thar Hotels.com wouldn't. When I booked the room, there was no mention of breakfast being included. However, it was. I knew we wouldn't be able to have breakfast due to an early departure so would not have booked this hotel had I known it was included (the room price would have included the cost of breakfast).

Worst hotel

I've stayed at over 1,000 hotels in 35+ countries and this is by far the worst hotel - by a wide margin. Bed extremely old and uncomfortable, sink in and you feel the coils, and I couldn't get any sleep. Room is tiny like a jail cell. I asked to check out early and requested a refund for the unused nights, but the hotel refused.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was passive aggressive and showed none of the professionalism or empathy you would expect in hospitality.
Go to Best Western 10' walk away for a better room and professional service at the same price.
All the negative reviews are true. I hope the hotel does the city a favor by going out of business soon.

Thank you for your review also here at Tripadvisor. The bed (160 cm) is a highest premium bed by DUX(a world known luxury brand).
You booked a non refundable rate and a economy room with AC. As we explained to you in a calm and professional way at the reception, since you booked through Booking.com we can’t refund you.
Then you yelled at our staff in a very aggressive way and they were almost afraid of you. After that you called our receptionist the day after checkout continuing your bad manor and screaming. We are used to have nice pleasant guests since 1982 and we are chocked by your bad behavior.
You are not welcome again to us!
