Place good and very friendly reception

Very friendly welcome! We were able to change places without any problems. The service facilities are good and clean. Too bad the little bay was so dirty. We would have liked to sit there a little bit. Otherwise really nice.

Difficulties in booking and renewal

This campsite deserves a 4, but the organization First Camp barely deserves a 2. They force online booking and online payment, while advertising senior discount that can no longer be found anywhere online, online payment also went wrong and I had to call the central number of First Camp, where they reluctantly arranged the discount and after 5 x insistence from me finally sent me an invoice email so that I could pay at the reception. I want to be able to book and pay at the campsite without stress, First Camp does not want that, they want everything online. Even with renewal they are difficult, they only want that online, even if it does not work and you have already explained it to them 5 times. The staff at the campsite were very friendly.

Ok visit

Extremely long and narrow campsite, so those of us who had friends in caravans lived very far from each other.
Beautiful view from the tent sites, but very rocky (site 87/88) so it was very difficult to get the tent pegs down. Better to take one of the places by the playground, where the surface was better.
The service houses were ok, but are getting worn out, a lot of spiders "in the corners".
Good service from the reception when we extended our stay by 1 night.

Nice location, dilapided camp

Due to an accident we came to the camp two days later than planned, we called about this and it would be no problem. When we arrived the girl behind the counter (who was alone) tried to find our booking but couldn't find it. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant, which turned out to be really bad. The food was greasy, and either tasteless or over-salted. Meanwhile the girl behind the counter would try to call some people to get our reservation again.
After dinner I stood and waited for at least 30 minutes only to hear that, even though we already paid for everything, we had to pay an additional 2900 SEK, to get a different house then we booked, which would probably not be cleaned, with a single set of clean bedlinnen for a single night. The next day we would need to move to another house again, because everything was booked full. During these 30 minutes, a line behind me formed of people who also wanted to check in, but couldn't, kids with melting icecream and other people with complaints.
The next day it turned out our reservation was in the system and she just missed it. The reservation was in the name of my girlfriend, and even-though be said this many times, she checked in my own name.
The first house was a green cottage, which was not cleaned, had broken window-hooks which prevented the windows from properly closing, an old bathroom with possible mold behind the heater, a birds-nest under the roof, curtains suited for exhibitionists and was generaly worn down. The view was only of the woods and the road that was close by.
The second house we actually booked was the mobile home type. This was clean and had a nice view of the water. While this seemed to be in a better state than the other house, it has to be mentioned that all cabinet and closed doors had peeling veneer, and some strips were only attached by duct tape. The double bed sagged so much, that you can not lay in bed without rolling to the center.
We are still waiting on our refund for the first night. Also, during our now 5 day visit there was bread in the shop after 10.00 on only 2 days.
TL;DR; the location is nice, the place is understaffed and its better to bring your own roof. The nearest town is an hours walk and worth it for food.

Delicious

I am Swedish so we always go to Sweden for 5weeks and it is a amazing place ökno it's we're my mums from but this restaurant is fantastic. It looks like a good place to camp but I am hundred percent sure as I haven't stayed there but I do no that it is an amazing restaurant so if you are staying you should go and you are planing to go to Ökno come Oscar
