Home again in Aspenäs

Aspenäsgården Manor is located very beautifully by the lake Aspen. There are nice walking and excursion routes in the area. It is beautiful in Lerum at all, beautiful villa buildings. The proximity to Gothenburg with fast motorway is a plus

Really unhappy!

Unfresh and wretched cleaning. The room was reminiscent of a cabin on the Finnish ferries. No room for luggage. The restaurant had only young summer substitutes who knew nothing about either food or drink.

Nice and peaceful

Quiet and beautiful location, high standard. Unfortunately, the dinner menu is too meager to work for more than one overnight stay. Kitchen not the best.

OMG the breakfast!!!

I had such a lovely stay at Aspenäs Herrgård. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even found me a hot water kettle for my room.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and updated, but still has plenty of character. I especially loved all the quiet lounge areas with comfortable linen sofas, live plants, and lots of space to work or relax. The real plants throughout the main areas made the whole place feel especially warm and cared for.
The setting is wonderful too. Bicycles, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards are available to rent, and I also found an amazing nature area with beautiful hiking trails just a short walk from the property.
And the breakfast buffet was honestly the best I’ve had so far in Sweden, which says a lot because I’ve stayed at some pretty swanky places during this trip. They even had a section for gluten free and lactose free as well as organic dairy. There was a great selection, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented.
It was also an excellent value for the quality of the property and the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful spot

Located in a beautiful spot. Nothing fancy about the rooms and has a feel it´s designed for business conferences, group events, weddings etc. The price was good value and food and service was good. Rooms had nice beds and was very clean. Would like to go back in the summer.
