Easy to find, I felt like it was very safe to park the car in the area. Perfect location if you want to avoid the rush our traffic when having meetings in central Västerås.

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Without a shred of doubt the worst experience I’ve had. They accepted a booking for a dog friendly room a month in advance, then when setting a time to check in (yes they make you do that) said they couldn’t accept a dog because they have three that are not friendly, they don’t just attack other dogs but bite people as well if they get to close (Jarmos own words). Weren’t there at the scheduled check in time but had me waiting for an hour. And then the nail in the coffin was the unhygienic rooms, with stained sheets. Avoid at all costs, the service is awful, rooms disgusting, weird people and the buildings look like they were once beautiful but have been neglected for many years.

Warning! Worst hotel I ever booked

Simply a terribly bad and unfresh place that should not be allowed to run business. Rooms were poorly cleaned. Dead flies lay in drifts. The hotel management was very inhospitable and unpleasant. The outdoor environment was ugly and uninviting. There was no patio to sit in, not even on the balcony)

The disappointment

Is definitely the worst place we stayed overnight! Food they have stopped with when it was not profitable, so the a la carte menu on the picture was not up to date..WiFi was like modem speed once it worked..TV in the room according to pictures on the website was not in reality. No bar / restaurant. Alcohol in all forms prohibited. No welcoming information in the room as it usually is. The maintenance of the building was neglected..The breakfast was simple and did not live up to expectations whatsoever. The price for an overnight stay was 60% more expensive than it should be! Don't take in this lousy inn.
