For a Nice and Relax stay

Actually we had nice and remarkable experience at here... This is well established spacious hotel which is located at infront of Trinco lagoon and very calm natural environment. There are friendly and kind staff working and treating us warmly. They served delicious food with all necessary amenities and laundry service as well. And There rooms are spacious and maintain cleanliness too. Honestly they are providing great service and that is worth to the price. Thank you Trinco Lagoon...You did best!

Don't go....

Do not make reservations with this 3rd class guest house. This is not a hotel in Trincomalee. Because I had booked a room. But they did not answer the phone even I called them 100 times. Actually their phone not working. We did not stay there. I paid advance payment also. Really disoppointed !!!

Reception nightmare guy

The guy behind the desk when we arrived (26 February 2025) was the most aggressive, rude and arrogant person we have met on our trip to Sri Lanka. He should not be allowed to face customers!! Don’t book with any booking.com partners as your booking will NOT be honoured, because he is incapable of updating his bookings!!

Nice and clean rooms with peaceful environment
Linen is quite good. (No towels were provided. But it was not a problem as we had our own ). Fantastic view fronm the balcony as the picturesque lagoon is right opposite beyond the road. Restaurant too is good and claen.
Special word about the staff. They are very efficient and courteous.
Nice and tasty food. We enjoyed the food very much. The ironing facility is very good and useful as it is located at the entrance of the room.
I suggest an electric kettle, sugar tea bags etc be provided for each room even with a little bit of extra cost.
Thanks a lot! We'll definitely come back here for our next journey to Trinco.

Èxcellent stay

Hotel was superb and early morning Lagoon view was excellent. Really Enjoyed the stay here. Room was clean and the food and beverages were also superb. Specially the Seafood rice one of the best dish here. Staffs were friendly especially Mr.Tharshan was so good and helped me alot. I loved my stay here. One of the best hotels to visit in trincomalee .
