Not much value for the money
The view was nice, the room was clean, good water pressure. The location is not so good if you want to eat outside the hotel or order an Uber, the pool had cold water, they didn’t accept Amex and the room service was very slow. Maybe a normal room is worth the money but a deluxe suite (room 402) is definitely not, especially when the view was altered due to renovation.

We understand that our location may have seemed a bit challenging.however, we're pleased to share that we are just 300 meters from the main road, where you'll find a variety of essential stores and restaurants. Additionally, we have a 24-hour onsite restaurant that offers a diverse menu to satisfy your culinary cravings.
We apologize for any inconvenience regarding our credit card policy,we do clearly state that we do not accept American Express and we're sorry if this was missed. Your experience with room service is also important to us, and we will work on improving our response times.
Even though your review was posted some time after your stay in January. We would like to inform you that the renovations have now been completed. These improvements were designed to provide a fresh new look to the exterior and to add shelter to the rooftop terrace, thereby enhancing the guest experience both day and night, regardless of weather conditions.

Terrible/ don’t stay here
Mushrooms growing in the shower, dirty bathrooms near the pool, everything showering the bathroom was overflowing. Had asked reception to clean my room 3 days in a row but no one came.

Hotel staff is nice and polite, the hotel is modern and rooms are spacious. However, everything looks run-down and up to a renovation.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - not the same as the photo
It has been almost a year and I still have not received the refund that was promised after we left the property early during our stay.
We paid the full amount, but due to the poor conditions of the room we had to leave in the middle of our holiday. The manager confirmed that we would receive a partial refund, but it has never been processed.
Very disappointing experience. Be careful when booking, as promises made by the property were not kept.

Your main request during your stay was to reroute your tour and shorten your booking with a refund. We explained at the time that your stay fell within peak season and unfortunately, we were unable to refill the room on such short notice after your last-minute cancellation.
We would also like to clarify that the issues mentioned in your review were not communicated to us during your stay. The primary discussion was regarding the refund request, which could not be accommodated due to the circumstances explained above.
