Nice little small place
Clean and comfortable room with AC. Very reasonable price and close to the beach. Within walking distance. Located on the main road but it is not noisy at all. Pramith has been very nice and helpful. He made the best welcome drink in Dikwella.

Great value with clean spacious rooms.
The location is on the main road but you do not suffer with road noise. The rooms are very clean and spacious and have good bathroom facilities. Friendly staff and helpful staff. It is about 3 mins walk to amazing beach.
Top tip if you visit the local Buddha make sure that you get to go inside it and climb up to the top viewing platform.

Great location, nice room, great beach
The mini-hotel is very well located, in the eastern part of Dikwella beach, where there is the best entry into the water, there are no waves, and where all the beach cafes with sun loungers are concentrated. On the ground floor there is a small supermarket, 300 meters to Cargills Food City and Wine Stores, opposite a fruit shop and many more shops nearby. You can walk to Hiriketiya beach, Turtle Point is a little further, but by tuk-tuk it’s also close. All 3 rooms are located on the 2nd floor, one after the other. Access to the room is through a narrow corridor, for some reason the wall with the doors to the rooms is glass, with a curtain, you feel like you’re in an aquarium. The room is spacious, looks beautiful, nice design and colors, there is a small kitchenette with a kettle, cups and a sink. Entrance to the bathroom with shower is through the balcony. The bathroom is very large and modern, with a rain shower, good water pressure, and there is always hot water. I really liked the location and the room itself. It turned out that the breakfast included in the price is served at another hotel located between Dikwella and Hiriketiya, it starts at 8.30 and is taken there by tuk-tuk. We are usually already on the beach at 7, it was not convenient for us, but the hotel owner suggested that we come for brunch when we return from the beach, at 11-12 noon. This suited us, the breakfast was delicious and with a picturesque view. What caused some discomfort: the air conditioner was directed at the bed, the fan worked either very slowly or at breakneck speed, the TV, kettle, and safe did not work. There is a strong smell in the room, either some kind of chemical or impregnation of the furniture, to the point of headache. There are no constantly present staff to check in and check out, go to breakfast, we went to the 1st floor to the store, where the employees were asked to find the staff of our hotel. Overall, we are pleased with our choice and recommend this hotel; the shortcomings are not so significant and can be easily eliminated.

Superb place to stay
Beta’s is a superb place to stay. They arranged an airport pick up with no fuss. We stayed in the deluxe double, which is massive and well equipped with a balcony and separated private bathroom. The roof terrace is beautiful as is the breakfast. The staff are so helpful, yet their not overbearing. The place is spotless. It’s so near dickwella beach, which is without doubt the best beach in the area. We are already planning a return visit.

Great Room
This place is perfect for Dikwella beach, just a short stroll away. My room was perfect with lots of unexpected extras. I spent most of my time in my room as I hadn't been feeling to well when I arrived. Beta was so kind and looked after me very well. Probably the loveliest room I've had in Sri Lanka.
