The pool bar has exceptional service. As members, we have experienced great service for last many years. The pool is clean and the food is amazing! I highly recommend coming for a swim.
We've had many meals at the dining room too! Amazing food and amazing service.

Friendly staff made the stay more comfortable
The check-in experience was very pleasant. The reception gentleman was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I do not remember his name, but I appreciate his service.
The room service was a highlight, especially Mr. Hasanka and Mr. Hassan. They were friendly, attentive, and very helpful, including promptly bringing Wine bottles to my room and assisting with opening it. Their service was excellent and appreciated.

Visit several times a month with friends and family. Nishantha at the lobby lounge always gives a great service.

Lovely setting.
Lovely hotel with a super location overlooking the river. The pool area was clean and also overlooking the lake and with a view of the Lotus Tower. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I was on a solo group tour, only staying for 1 night, and had a lovely room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The room was spacious, had a bath and shower and was fully equipped .We had our evening meal at another Cinnamon Hotel in the city, which was lovely. I saw a cafe area on the ground floor, a large bar area (happy hour was fun,) in reception and the main dining room, everything you need. The breakfast at this hotel, you couldn’t fault. Plenty of choice, nice and fresh. It was busy due to the international cricket but all went like clockwork from checking in to leaving onto our next destination. Would’ve happily stayed for longer, would recommend
