Great value for the price

Very good location, spacious and clean room, very good service. Excellent quality-price ratio, I would recommend it to everyone, especially families and friends. I would repeat if I had to return, since I don't think there is an option in the capital.

Centrico y limpio

Es un sitio que está céntrico, la recepción es eficiente y amable. Las habitaciones está acordes con su categoría y destaca el grado de limpieza.
Tiene los servicios mínimos, incluido WI-Fi, lamentablemente carece de parking

¡Reserva sin dudar! Excelente relación precio-calidad.

He estado una noche hospedada. Todo perfecto: reserva, organización, check-in, trato, check-out. Habitación con lo necesario para una estancia en Zaragoza centro: - cama cómoda - limpieza (10 puntos) - aire acondicionado frío/calor - nevera en perfecto estado de limpieza y funcionamiento - TV plana pequeña (ideal para los m2 de la habitación). Se duerme muy bien: no se escuchan ruidos en pasillo, su staff es muy atento. Tiene una máquina que expende cafés e infusiones por €1 en la recepción. En fin, recomiendo 100% por su excelente relación precio-calidad.

Pésimo servicio

Hice la reserva, llaman para decirme que no me pueden esperar, cuando no es reembolsable el dinero, pierdo mi dinero me quedo sin la estancia y encima la persona mal educada que me llama con un tono desagradable, le pido que no me hable mal que en todo caso el que esta perdiendo su dinero y la estadía soy yo y me dice que me habla como le da la gana y me cuelga
Me dio muy pocas opciones y ensima mal educada para tratar un cliente, jamás volveré a reservar en este lugar

Una opción económica y cómoda en buena zona

Sábado a la noche de las fiestas del Pilar en Zgz y hemos encontrado este alojamiento muy barato, con baño privado, aire acondicionado frío calor, wifi y tv plano. Afuera hay una máquina de café que funciona con monedas de un euro. La cama es cómoda y las almohadas pequeñas pero no se puede pedir más por el precio, la relación con su calidad es excelente. La mejor opción para pasar la noche en Zaragoza.
