Budget accomodation in good location.

The room is basic and furniture is a bit worn. But location of the hostal is good - just about 800 m from Basilica del Pilar og katedral. Only 50 m to pintxos bar on the square which hostal is facing where 7 pintxos costs 5 euro. And about 200 m to Maradona supermarket. Free parking in the street and free WiFi in the room.

Clean, warm, free wifi and very welcoming

I stayed in Hostal Cumbre for 2 days in August 2014 until I moved to another accommodation with a family. The receptionist was Liliana, a very friendly and helpful person. I booked individual room with bathroom, it wasn't very big, there was a small wardrobe, small desk and a chair. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and comfy pillows. No Air Condition only a small stand fan, but it works very well even in August hot nights. The wifi worked very good in my room.
I noticed a coffee machine in the reception so it'd be great for a quick morning start.
The building is big with a lot of apartments and there's a security man, so the place is secure. Its very close to the centre.
It was great for its price and definitely I'd return.

Cosy and Warm Hostal

This hostal is certainly value for money. There is a direct bus from the train station to the hostal but it's about 10 mins walk from the bus stop to the hostal. I believe it's run by a family who is staying there as well. I was served by Elena who is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Although she's not very fluent in English and me in Spanish, she managed to give us clear directions and info on places to visit. The room is slightly small, same as the bathroom but it's very clean and comes with a balcony. It's situated in a building which has many apartments and you have to be buzzed to come in the building which makes the hostal quite secure. The hostal is centrally located and is walking distance to the main shopping area as well as the tourist spots. For the muslims, there's also a halal kebab shop within the area. I would say it's really worth the money.

Escapada a Zaragoza
