Just one very big downside, the pillows.

The room, in terms of quality and price, is acceptable. The beds are comfortable, but PLEASE those PILLOWS that feel like wood, need to be CHANGED, impossible to sleep, A NIGHTMARE.
Another issue is that in the absence of a card to hang on the door to prevent cleaning, if you notify the front desk, it should be respected, not that they enter to clean and then put up a card.
Otherwise, regarding the friendliness of the front desk and cleaning, there is nothing to complain about.

Very good

Great! Simple, cozy, very clean, well air-conditioned, very comfortable beds and very attentive staff. Great value for money. The downstairs bar serves very good and affordable breakfasts, and the staff is very friendly. Nearby there is a great tapas bar, cheap and with very delicious food (Julia's corner)

Great Little Hotel at a great price

We stayed here on our way back from Portugal and so glad we did. Lovely small hotel in the heart of Zafra !! Our room was spacious and very clean, a bonus was an air conditioner. It is located very near the old town and only minutes from great bars and restaurants. Parking was right outside the front door. Highly recommend this lovely little hotel !!
