Before check-in, it is mandatory to complete guest registration to comply with Spanish legal requirements (Royal Decree 933/2021). It's very easy; don't worry, you will receive a detailed tutorial on how to do it a few days before check-in, which you will need to complete with all the required information for the guests who will be staying at the property (only guests over 14 years old). Once the guest registration forms are completed, a tutorial will be sent with all the details for self-check-in. Please note: In Spain, the maximum heating temperature in establishments such as hotels and tourist apartments is regulated by Royal Decree 14/2022, within the context of the energy saving plan. The regulations establish the following limits: • Maximum heating temperature: 19°C in winter. • Minimum cooling temperature: 27°C in summer. Checkout: Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in good condition, with dishes washed, trash taken out, and as it was delivered at check-in. Sheets and Towels: We are a green company and deeply committed to the environment. For each reservation, sheets are provided for all beds based on the number of guests, as well as one shower towel per person, one hand towel for each bathroom, and one mat per shower. If you need more towels, please ask before or during your stay. A fee will be charged for any makeup, fluid, blood, or other substance stains on sheets or towels. Respect for the community: This is an apartment located in a residential building, please maintain the quiet of the neighborhood, especially during rest hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM). Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. It is strictly prohibited to admit, invite or give access to more guests than those listed in the reservation. Responsible energy consumption: We ask our guests to use their water and energy consumption responsibly. Central heating is used in this community and is turned on during the winter season (approximately November to April). Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Lost keys or leaving keys inside the accommodation will result in a €50 fee. Compliance with house rules: Failure to comply with house rules will result in a €150 penalty and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
