Staff, especially Ramon, were fabulous! We returned to the restaurant twice, just because of the service Ramon provided. The property was very clean and nice. The only issue was that the hotel only had one functional elevator for most of our stay.

Good hotel with room for improvement
The Hotel Turia is centrally located next to the bus station and a shopping center.
I had a large, clean room with well-functioning air conditioning.
The team at the reception is very friendly and helpful.
As part of my half-board, I ate at the hotel in the evening.
The food selection was varied and prepared with fresh ingredients.
As a member of the Turia Community, I gratefully received a welcome voucher for a cocktail.
The service in the bar and restaurant is good - however, there was one employee who neither greeted me nor said goodbye. My ordered cappuccino was placed on the counter for me without a word.
On the first evening of my stay, the aforementioned waitress spent her working time in the restaurant chewing gum and blowing bubbles - in the presence of guests. In a ****hotel - a NO GO!
