Very central location

Very central location truly perfect, we could not have asked for better and the check out by 12 was also excellent, which allowed us to do things calmly.
There are some improvements that I would make to the rooms such as an extra surface like a desk, a trash can in the room and a few more coat hangers in the bathroom. Furthermore, the shower floor being so stained is not ideal.

Good experience, with details to improve.

Good value for money.
The location is perfect, cleanliness is what stands out the most, the room was impeccable.
It would have been great to have an iron for clothes.
The Internet is only good in the lobby; if you want to work in your room, it is terrible.

SH Suite Palace is apart from the main hotel which is a bit inconvenient. Our tv never worked and they couldn’t get it fix. Rooms are small.

Neither a hotel nor a palace

This is not a hotel but an annex of the Sh Inglesh hotel which is located 70 m away. Result: no proper reception, breakfast must be taken in the neighboring hotel with a very small room that quickly becomes crowded. It is better to skip breakfast and go to one of the nearby bars. Check-out was chaotic with only one person available who was also absent with another customer... and who was not friendly!!! In short, it is nothing like a palace as the name seems to suggest, especially when considering the size of the room (there is no space for a writing table) and the relative quality of the bedding! The only positive point is the location in the city center.

Something to improve

We had 3 superior rooms in the detached building. Pros: very central and convenient location, very spacious room and large bathroom, all shower products available, very kind and helpful staff at the reception.
Cons: lack of a trash bin in the room, comfortable but small bed despite being a queen, no paper and pen, and no mirror in the room, lack of a toilet brush, and unfortunately a sewage smell, good breakfast but little variety.
