Very cool

The hostel is very good, the rooms are not very spacious but very comfortable. They have very good mattresses and beds.
Everything was very clean, the people at the reception were very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the surroundings and Valencia.
And the surroundings are great, close to the beach and the lagoon.
We will be back

Fatal!!!!!

I don't recommend it even if they offer it for free. They gave us an interior room on the first floor that smelled terribly of sewage (a very ugly detail from the receptionist who, knowing this and having other rooms without that sewer smell available, would not give it to us until we complained) when we entered they felt like to vomit but it is better not to open the window because it does not improve the situation, on the contrary. A dirty and old hostel, not cared for at all. Narrow stairs and paper walls, we were listening to the TV of those next door all night. It is by far the worst hostel I have ever been in at an exorbitant price, 70 euros.

Lights and shadows

The hostel is well located, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and does what they can to improve your stay. It is not cheap for what it offers but it is also true that there are hardly any places to stay. The hostel is a few years old and it shows, the rooms that face the interior patio are better not to open the windows due to the bad smells (cleaning the drainage systems of the air conditioners would surely improve the situation), it is also true that They have better rooms but of course at a higher price. The restaurant eats quite well.

Zero points

The restaurant is just a place to avoid
The menus do not correspond to the prices displayed
They are missing a large majority of what is offered on outdoor menus
The menu holders are sticky…..and therefore not pleasant to leaf through.
We resigned ourselves to having two mini starters (croquetas de marisco which were correct at 3€ each and an abuelo salad which is in fact a not good salad for 6€)
There we left without trying any further
Our Spanish table neighbors laughed and told us that it was the same for them.
Many say that we eat badly in Spain. I absolutely do not agree but it is true that in places like here, a stone's throw from Valencia and 200m from the beach, well, we are taken for gogos.

Dirty, damaged & unfriendly personal

The hostel is very dirty, there is dust and cobwebs everywhere. There is also various damage to the inventory (lamps, bed, etc). The staff is incredibly unfriendly, and nobody understands English (even the owner).
Look for another hostel if you have the option. It is not worth a cent.

Good morning PrinzLHP. We regret that you didn't enjoy the experience wherever you were staying because it doesn't belong to our hostal.
We are not only very surprised to read your words but also we can confirm that your pictures are from a different place. First of all, we do not have those tiles in any of our walls and second of all, that we've never had that mold anywhere.
Our beds and air conditioners have been recently changed, so they are completely new. Also our WiFi works without any problem and we haven't received any complaints. Our rooms are cleaned every day by out staff and they are checked so they don't have any dust, cobwebs and they are completely clean.
Regarding the staff they do not remember any complaint like your and we've also asked it to the boss, who doesn't know anything about such a bad experience from any guest. Also, two of our employees speak English perfectly.
Again, we're sorry you didn't have a good experience but we can confirm that it was not in our Hostal. We insist that the picture that you posted do not correspond to our hostel; you can actually check the others ones published by other users. We do not understand why you and your collegue in the next comment have decided to publish these reviews to harm our Hostal with fake pictures and information.
