Excellent location with the convenience of a private parking garage. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the newly renovated hotel has a fresh, modern feel.
To maintain this standard, more attention should be given to ongoing maintenance. For example, there was missing sealant in the shower and dusty light fixtures in the corridors.
It was also difficult to find the air conditioning controls. A simple instruction in the room or at reception would have been helpful.
Breakfast was good overall, but some bread had run out and the hot food was cold. More attention to replenishing and keeping food warm would improve the experience.
The bar and the lovely courtyard were great features, and it was especially nice to be able to enjoy breakfast outside.

Good but no sleep
The hotel and staff were very good. The breakfast was very good. But when you have kids running around from the time they get there to all hours of the morning, you will not get any sleep. They tried to control them but they were not successful at all.

Great hotel and very conveniently located within walking distance to both the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences. Close to everything one needs: grocery stores, bars - everything. We loved our stay there.

A city worth visiting
Valencia is a city worth visiting. The city is full of parks and greenery, the bicycle paths are wide, well-maintained and extend throughout the city. The people are friendly and accommodating... they may not speak English but they will try to help you in every way. The hotel is well located, clean and tidy with friendly staff, close to the bus and metro stations.
