For the price it is unacceptable that the toilet was outside. The room was tiny , the cleaning was superficial and there were no amenties in the room.

Traumatic experience in accommodation to avoid absolutely

Very bad and disappointing experience, from the first day my door handle was broken, the virtual key did not work and I had to wait more than an hour before being told by WhatsApp or find a physical key because the case for the code did not work either. The emergency number “wasn’t in Service” and kept hanging up, and the bathroom said to be “shared by only two bedrooms” was not as described: no key, accessible to everyone, which made the situation very uncomfortable. The tiny room had only a small window that reflected no light as it was obstructed by the elevator of the building which was sometimes broken down. The noise was constant, not by the surprisingly exterior noise but with doors slamming all night, and parquet. But the worst happened on Friday night: around 11pm, someone screamed and beat violently in the hallway for almost an hour. It was really terrifying. I tried to contact the property several times, but the emergency number indicated said it was no longer in Service (screenshot of calls). I even considered calling the police because I felt in danger. Despite my many messages, the staff who responded did not take into account my experience, the seriousness of the situation or give excuses for each problem while minimizing them. My situation was passed on to many “responsible” before anyone could finally really apologize and offer me a small refund, but this absolutely does not compensate for the fear and stress experienced. I would not recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and secure stay.
The only positives are the mini fridge and ventilation that work.

Great spot, great AC, shared bathroom, and beds were not solid at all, had to put the mattress on the floor in order to make no sound, dryer is broken, the spot is insane, we got locked out because keys were only on phone but we lost battery and the facility lost power too so maybe having a emergency key would help. No service at all

A place for a Student-friendly holiday

The staff were attentive and helpful, the bathrooms were not very clean, the rooms had a strange smell. Bunk beds were not very comfortable because we slept in the bunk bed. It wasn’t bad for the other price we paid. Centrally located, transportation convenient and convenient.
