Unforgettable experience
Beautiful hotel, an ancient 16th-century palace located in the historic center of Ubeda. Spacious rooms, as well as the bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, and cleanliness stands out not only in the room, we occupied room 203, but also throughout the hotel.
Highlight the kindness of all the staff from reception to housekeeping. A very pleasant experience, and if we return to that beautiful city, we will stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Exquisite friendliness
Hotel with very good location, facilities in a charming old building. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. But above all I would like to stress the kindness of your employees. From the first to the last we cross are all true professionals and with a sympathy and kindness that today are scarce.
Without detracting from the rest of the team, we want to highlight Francis’ attention at the reception. Your good recommendations, your kindness and your patience for our questions have made the stay in Úbeda very positive. Involved in his work and his love for Úbeda (it is not for less) conveys it with his advice.
We will return to Úbeda and return to the Hotel María de Molina.

Central hotel with lots of charm and fabulous service.
Great place. The hotel is very nice, with the charm of an old building. The girl who attended us, Cristina, was wonderful throughout. Being in the historic center of Úbeda parking the car is not easy, however there are parking lots very close. We hired breakfast and I found it very correct, several drinks, different breads, butter, oil, tomato, serrano and dulce ham, cheese, Spanish tortilla, and there were also sweets. The spacious room, overlooking the Town Hall Square, with a very comfortable bed and large wardrobe for storing clothes and whatnot, a large bathroom and everything very clean. Hotel 100% recommended.

A bad experience. Poor understanding
As a hotel I have no complaints, everything perfect. Cleanliness, location, nice. I recommend it.
But I was unlucky enough that I had severe gastroenteritis and after spending a day in the hotel and without improving, the other way around, worse and worse, at 9 am I told them that I wanted to leave and that if please they could refund the amount of the two nights I had left to enjoy and that were already paid. The answer was no, they wouldn't. I've lost it.
I had to go get a doctor to I don't know where and ask for a medical certificate that it was really wrong. To return me that night and for the next the same in my locality go to my doctor and scan before 12 another certificate.
That's exactly what I was for. To be outpatient to outpatient.
With gastroenteritis what you need is a toilet next door, diet and tranquility.
I also ordered a lemon and they didn't give it to me either. They didn't. I'm surprised that having Breakfast Service, they didn't have lemons in case someone wants to have a lemon tea for example.
That's why my bad experience regarding hotel policy. Very unsympathetic.
I keep saying that as an establishment it's okay, but as long as you don't have setbacks.
