Lovely Stay

Yes, it’s not on the Camino and requires a pick up, but so what? Lovely couple picks you up, drives you 8 minutes away, and greets you warmly. Rooms are rustic but comfortable, the owners are warm and welcoming, the beef stew and vegetable soup was outstanding, the morning breakfast was generous and filling. What’s not to like. We thought this was a genuine experience we will treasure.

Remote located but great!

The is located in a remote area but they can pick you up and take you back the following day. The couple who service you are very nice, and the rooms are large, and plenty of gorgeous farm views. Live lambs and sheep are plentiful to see!

Disappointing-

Disappointing- had such high hopes but all in all really quite disappointing
A country house in the middle of nowhere - so once you’re there, there’s no other option
That said - it is a Lovely location
But
Poor communication
Non existent wifi
Very basic bedroom and bathroom
And the dinner - basically inedible-
Such a shame
Camino Way experience has been fabulous but this hotel has fallen sadly short….

Too many inconveniences

We stayed there one night in August 2022 while walking the CAmino Francais We were driven there According to our travel agency, it was supposed to be "superior" accommodation
No AC, which was difficult on a warm night after a tiring dusty walk Opened the windows and mosquitos came pouring in .. If no AC, netted windows would be helpful.
Unlike most other places on our walk who packed a simple breakfast of fruit, a drink, breads , cheese, muffins etc for us since we wanted to leave early to beat the heat, this place refused (breakfast was part of the package) .
Wifi was non existent in the rooms though they said it would work Had to be in the main lobby to get wifi
It was clean, quiet, off the beaten path. Food was simple, fresh, but of the 7 places we stayed on our walk, we rated the food the worst for flavor, creativity and appearance

Very cool palace.

This is very old farmhouse of 1700. It is 15 km from the city so it is ideal to just relax and immerse yourself in nature. The staff is amazing...the place is very clean and both the bathrooms and bathroom are a very good size. The owner come to picks us up from Azour after the end of a 33KM walking o the French Camino. Food is very good ...everything is produce by the farm.... breakfast is very nice and good quantity.!
