Exceptional staff

Excellent location and cleanliness. Spacious room with all the necessary services. I want to highlight, without a doubt, the kindness of the girl at the reception, who beyond doing her job, tried to help us solve a problem. It's nice to find people like that

A true find!

We managed to find 3 last minute rooms available in this small hotel near the Portuguese border and were so pleasantly surprised! It is a small absolutely unpretentious hotel on top of a busy "cafeteria"(coffee shop) in the middle of the main square of Tomiño. Very attentive owner at front desk. Our rooms were truly a surprise, large, clean, well appointed, with a fabulous bathroom, all so clean. Dinner on the cafeteria outdoors esplanade was another bonus, super fresh fish at a reasonable price. Breakfast againin the cafeteria was simple but served until noon at no extra charge. Room price very reasonable for the busy mid august week end.

Equivocaciones en las comandas y comida fría y congelada

Se equivocaron en 2 cosas, no hicieron otro bocata solo le quitaron los condimentos y las croquetas congeladas las repitieron y estaban buenas, pero el bocata seguia con el sabor a quedó y tomate y era alérgico, y se lo advertí y me atendieron sin respeto

Mejor vete a cenar a otro sitio si no quieres echar raíces esperando, pides el primer plato y mínimo 40 min y después otro tanto por el segundo, por el resto bien, pero como tengas hambre te comes el mantel esperando

Pocas ganas de trabajar

20:15 de un sábado, pésimos unas tapas para picar, nada del otro mundo, pulpo, calamares y empanadillas, y nos las niegan porque “cerramos a las 21 y hoy no damos cenas”. Si fueran bocadillos si los servirían. Sin comentarios
