We chose this location for the proximity to both Toledo and Madrid. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for what it was, it was clean and comfortable.
Pros: friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice TV, good shower, large windows that open, blackout curtains, rooftop patio, and parking on site.
Cons: no microwave, mini fridge, or coffee maker in room. Also, there was not an automated system in place for the parking garage so you must wait for the front desk attendant to realize you are there.
Another thing to know: the lights in both the hallway and the parking garage are motion censored and there is a notable delay. What that means is you come to both areas in the dark and then a few seconds later the lights go on. If you don’t move around a lot (ex. gathering things from your car) the lights shut off again. This seemed very unsafe to me, but on this trip, I was traveling with the hubby, so all was fine. I would not stay at this hotel as a solo female traveler.

Booking showed AC and WiFi included, there was no air conditioning and the room was so hot, no way anyone can stay or breath in that room. The WiFi did not work from the room, asked the front desk 3 times , and she said there’s nothing they can do, asked for another room, at least closer to the routers, denied, I was told it was all booked. Doubt it. Asked to speak to a manager, and I was told there is no may, I insisted to speak to anyone who’s higher than that lady at the front desk, after she noticed how frustrated I was, she called/texted a manger, no answer of course. I requested to cancel the booking, the lady at front desk canceled and told me the full refund will go thru Expedia in 24 hours, she couldn’t even give me a cancellation confirmation #. Useless staff. They don’t care .
Their sign states, best location, service and price. Not at all. The location is scary and in industrial area.

Both the reception staff Brenda and Dan were very helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately my stay was spoiled by the food (club sandwich) was appalling i only ate a quarter and the rest went back i wasnot offered a alt nor was i discounted on my bill paying full price , i would not eat there again
