Unfortunate

I was a guest at this hotel during my stay in Tenerife and, honestly, the experience was quite unpleasant because of a situation that should never happen in accommodation.
Because of a mistake by the hotel itself, they decided to check-out my room without notifying me and without having my authorization. Most seriously, they also entered the room and gathered all my belongings as if I had already left. When I went to get my things I found that they had been removed without my knowledge.
When I checked my belongings, black tights were missing. I mean, in addition to tampering with my things without permission, a personal item disappeared. I communicated it to the front desk hoping for at least a little concern or that they would try to investigate what had happened. However, the attitude was quite indifferent. No real solution was offered and no interest was shown in clarifying the situation.
I had to insist several times per message to get some answer. Finally, all I was offered was that “next time” I would be invited to breakfast. A proposal that, sincerely, is absurd considering that the problem is that they tampered with my belongings without authorization and a personal item disappeared. Besides, after such an experience, I have no intention of returning.
I believe that a hotel should ensure something as basic as respect for the belongings and privacy of its guests. In this case, there was not only a serious error on the part of the hotel, but also a very unprofessional subsequent management.

Fatal, nothing to do with what they sell you.

Well I just arrived and it is painful to see what the photos of the intermediary (trip.com) has nothing to do with reality, if they do it to sell in the end they end up losing because the reviews run like gunpowder. It's a shame I can't get the money back and run out of this pension like I did, other than it's no bargain. I usually travel as a couple in these places and what a mess for mine. For kids who sleep again the monkey is okay, but for other profiles it is better not to book. I am sorry to give such an unfavorable opinion, but it is what I have appreciated, I wish and could be favorable. Fortunately it's only going to be two nights, fortunately.

Nothing much.

room all in all quite nice in relation to the reasonable price, on one of the main streets near the bus stops and the port.
Door very difficult to close every time it took me 10 minutes and from the room you can hear any noise of the rooms next door (even the alarm clock in the morning).
