Wonder in the clouds
New stay at the Parador de Cruz De Tejeda and new wonder.
First time we stayed there in June; during this period, the Parador offers sublime and clear views of the island and Tenerife. It's a completely different atmosphere than in autumn (which is also really worth it).
As for the rest, the hotel is still exceptional. The decor is well thought out with beautiful bouquets in every corner of the hotel.
Spacious, comfortable, and very quiet room with a well-equipped terrace and an incredible view.
The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast is one of the best in the chain.
A professional, available, and lovely team.
The spa was very pleasant at the end of the day, and the massages were effective.
A special mention for Fátima, thank you for her great kindness, professionalism, and good humor; she is always the ray of sunshine during our stays in Cruz de Tejeda.
We will return again and again.

Horrible.
This is about the worst hotel room I've ever booked.
The ambiance is the same as that of a retirement home. The room we had, a standard room included breakfast for 2 nights cost €445. The room has no direct view to the outside, very noisy ventilation that you can't turn off, a narrow bed, a very narrow space where the toilet is, a bath in which you can't actually shower and insufficient working lighting.
We left after 1 night.
Definitely a great deception.

Spa and Dinner at the Parador de Tejeda
Everything was exceptional, both in the spa and in the dining room,
I just wanted to make a note for improvement
Before dinner we had a refreshment in the cafeteria and there was a detail from a waiter that I did not think was correct, the waiter's name was a bit strange like Djeize or something similar
And we noticed that he did not bring us an appetizer with our beers, which we thought was normal, but people from the area came in after us and we realized that without asking, he brought them popcorn, so we decided to ask for it and he brought it to us; if you bring it to one, you should bring it to everyone regardless of where we are from
It is a detail that I did not like at all, otherwise everything was fantastic
The spa staff was wonderful, we will surely repeat.

Peaceful place with good food. Excellent staff
The cleaning and restaurant service were very good. Hotel with beautiful views, tranquility. Unparalleled setting next to Roque Nublo. Given its location, there are good hiking options. The guided stargazing activity is recommended.

The sunsets from the restaurant and the sunrise from the room's terrace
It is a Canarian hotel that gives value to what is ours. In a majestic rural setting. Incredible views, with magical sunsets next to Mount Teide and Roque Nublo. Delicious local gastronomy, I ate the best watercress stew with gofio and cheese. The hotel's decor is indigenous, which wraps you in a traditional atmosphere and makes you feel like you are in a Canarian home. As for the staff, you feel well taken care of; they are affectionate and approachable.
