The perfect choice to stay in Lanzarote and return.

House perfectly located to reach in a short time all parts of the island always along new roads. Clean with double exposure, allows you to see both sunrise and sunset. The owners are friendly and attentive (they made us choose from 3 different types of mattresses - great!). Apartment equipped with everything you need, with also a splendid, large, terrace where you can eat and sunbathe. Quiet and with great views and parking. We will definitely return.

Casa Bom Tahiche, Lanzarote

A house located in the center of the island that allows you to be close to all the attractions.
Equipped with all comforts, clean, quiet, with a view and a “spatial” terrace.
The owners are welcoming, helpful and attentive to different needs.
I highly recommend it!
We will return both in this house and on the island that deserves at least a stay in life.

Fantastico

I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili.
La camera dove alloggiavo era pulita e luminosa.
L'appartamento dispone di una bellissima terrazza dove ci si può rilassare e prendere il sole, la cucina comune è ben organizzata e dispone di tutto il necessario.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Grande Luca!

Luca, el anfitrión, nos atendió perfectamente ya antes de llegar al realizar una solicitud a través de la aplicación. Súper comunicativo y atento. Durante la estancia se interesó sobre cómo nos iba y si necesitábamos algo. Vive justo al lado del apartamento.
El apartamento está muy bien. Éramos dos y había espacio suficiente. Incluso hicimos una lavadora sin problemas. La cocina, a falta de microondas, está perfectamente equipada. Incluso tienen algunas cosas básicas para cocinar y desayuno como sal, azúcar, café e infusiones.
Luca recomienda sitios para comer que están muy bien. La casa dispone de muchas facilidades en los alrededores y queda a media camino para cualquier punto de la isla. Está a un tiro de piedra de Arrecife. Las inmediaciones son muy tranquilas, no hay ruidos y se descansa fenomenal por las noches.
Hay disponible un Chromecast para enviar contenido desde cualquier dispositivo móvil. El Wifi funciona bastante bien, aunque depende de la hora va a medias.
Pequeñas pegas para posibles mejoras:
La tele es muy pequeñita para lo lejos que está del sofá. Acabamos acercando el mueble al sofá para ver alguna película.
El sofá tiene algunas manchas que no quedan bien a la vista.
Las vistas a lado y lado del apartamento son increíbles. Es una lástima que en uno de los lados esté un poco dejado, con un contenedor de transporte por ejemplo, y afee la vista. Nada grave.
Lo recomiendo totalmente!
