Exceptional place!

Very pleasant hotel and room, great value for money!
All of the staff are very smiling and very efficient.
We will return with pleasure, everything was perfect, the menus and breakfasts were very hearty and very good.
The pool is 200 m away in a campsite near the river, however very appreciable.
Our short stay was most pleasant, especially the rafting which is really worth the detour.
We strongly recommend a stop in this village, the people are very welcoming.
See you soon Sort !!!

Bad experience. Maybe something for the many motorcyclists here but not for a cozy holiday. Don't!!!

We had a very outdated room at the back of the hotel overlooking flats and couldn't open your curtains because everyone can see inside you. Door didn't close and the receptionist came upstairs. Showed us how to rattle the latch back and forth a few times and left again. Didn't feel very solid

A disappointing experience

We tried to modify the reservation due to illness but the hotel management was flat in its cancellation policy etc. Being a small hotel we expected another kind of deal. On the other hand comment the difficulty of communicating with the hotel, several attempts by phone and mail without answer, except in the mornings with Valentina, very friendly and effective. Unfortunately a negative experience.

It's better the web than the Hotel

Right. Check in at 14:00. The room, large but not clean.
Very greasy everything.
The door handle was broken... hallway noises... and a pipe noise from 4 to 7 in the morning... but there were no staff to warn...
I missed the breakfast quality products from the area.
Anyway, we were unlucky.
