UNBEATABLE.

UNBEATABLE. Above all, human quality and unconditional love for pets. Super clean and well maintained facilities. Quality in products, both consumables and toiletries. High quality mattresses and pillows. Healthy breakfast and accepting requests. Availability of refrigeration on request. Absolute tranquility throughout the building, favoring the necessary rest. Quiet guests and tourism quality in daily treatment, healthy atmosphere. Valuation of more than 10 if possible. Thanks for these days Natalia. Rosa, Jose and Kira. See you soon.

Wellness getaway

We spent the weekend at the hotel. It was a very pleasant break in the day. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The spa area is great, reserved for us for the hour. Time flew by because of how good we were. Natalia was very nice, giving us advice and always making sure everything was fine. You feel at home. Breakfast was also very rich. To repeat. It is a highly recommended site.

Necesita una buena reforma

Este hotel podría tener mejor puntuación con una buena reforma. La habitación era muy amplia, pero con escasa decoración. Había humedad en el suelo cerca de la ducha y la bañera de hidromasaje. En cuanto al spa, el baño turco estaba fuera de servicio. El spa tiene acceso a un amplio patio donde sólo había un par de sillas, espacio desaprovechado y totalmente desangelado. El desayuno estuvo bien y el personal correcto. No me parece un lugar recomendable y más con el precio que tiene. Una verdadera pena porque el pueblo y el entorno son muy bonitos.

Fin de semana con amigos

Hemos pasado un fin de semana excelente, cuando llegamos la chica de la recepción ( encantadora) nos explico todo, nos dieron sin cargo una habitación superior. El hotel muy limpio, el spa pequeñito pero super acogedor, genial para desconectar. La cama muy cómoda y el baño muy limpio. Lo recomiendo

Lamentable y el comportamiento impresentable

Nos alojamos en ese hotel el fin de semana del 20 al 22 de agosto. Un desastre de mantenimiento y condiciones: baldosa levantada a la entrada (tropezón), toallas usadas del cliente anterior en el baño, nórdico sin funda hecho una bola en armario, goteras en escaleras, moqueta en baño... Poca confianza higiénica frente al COVID.... Y todo a precio de NH 4 estrellas en un pueblo de Soria.... Estas opiniones las expresamos en el propio hotel al momento del check out y tras ponerlo en booking, recibimos el ofensivo wspp adjunto por parte del hotel.... Nada.... pero nada recomendable!!!!
