A 4-star hotel that, for its category, falls a bit short
For a 4-star hotel, I find it lacking a restaurant or café; the staff is very attentive. At breakfast, the buffet is very weak, but the location is excellent.

Nos alegra enormemente saber que la excelente ubicación del hotel y, sobre todo, la atención de nuestro personal, quien siempre se esfuerza por ofrecer el mejor servicio, fueron de su agrado.
Por otro lado, lamentamos que algunos aspectos de nuestras instalaciones y servicios no hayan estado a la altura de sus expectativas para un hotel de nuestra categoría. Tomamos muy buena nota de sus observaciones respecto a la ausencia de un restaurante o cafetería completo, así como de su percepción sobre la variedad de nuestro buffet de desayuno. Analizaremos sus comentarios con el equipo de restauración para evaluar cómo podemos enriquecer nuestra oferta y garantizar una experiencia plenamente satisfactoria y acorde a las 4 estrellas.

Great location, and lovely aspect (if you have a sea view room). My reason for dropping it one star is that the aircon is old and ineffective. Wasn't too much of an issue for my trip in May, but would be in the hotter summer months.

Fabulous
One of the best places at the Spain coast ! The location is everything! We stayed on March 16 Th for three nights and our room with balcony (103) was really AMZING , much more that we expected. When you open the door you can see the Mediterranean Sea at first sight! The room have a balcony facing the sea , we have view also from the bed ! The location is perfect lot of restaurants beside the hotel also La Rambla where you can walk , jog or whatever you want to do .Walking beside the sea is really beautiful, the town the stores and . It’s so quiet specially before summer . All the staff was so friendly specially Raissa who make our check in and give us all the tips as restaurants, places to see etc . Very good breakfast, than you to Jennifer she help everyone with their needs and even it was really crowded in the morning she helps everyone with a special touch . If you are looking for a place to stay at Sitges , the Sercotel Kalma Sitges is the perfect place !!!!! Thanks to all of you !! Silvina and Julio from Argentina

The staff were all very kind and spoke English to me. They were very knowledgeable and helped me save lots of money with the bus/train connections. I did not try the food but the ocean front room I had was PERFECT! The hotel is located on the strip and next to all the things. The only thing I didn't like is the pool wasn't open as it is not the "season" yet. I would have liked for them to notate that on their website. I will be back!
