Owner didn't show left us stranded with no place to stay

The title says it all. We booked a family vacation at this apartment on another site. No comms, no show, left in the street (literally) with no place to stay. Had to spend a ton of money getting another place last minute. Just unbelievable - not even an apology so I decided to come here and review.
