Cosy rooms in the heart of town

Very nice owners and English speaking manager lady. Very cosy rooms with own shower and toilet. Located in the heart of the city centre, therefore it can be quite nosy during the night. Good overall stay.

Nightmare in Santiago

I have never been to a place like this, it was disgusting.
The bathroom was dirty, the bed was full of hair, you had to enter the shower sideways, the window glass was broken, and cockroaches appeared in the room.

Lousy accommodation, since we arrived it smelled very bad, by education we listened to the lady, we paid the fees and when we entered the room the first thought was to find where to stay and get out of what they call *Pension*
We asked for a room with private bathroom and what they give us is a room that you almost can not take a step without tripping with your companion, with a shower tray in which you can not move, (shower tray that was a wardrobe and they put 4 tiles) and they turned it into that *shower tray*.
The hand wash and vessel are outside the room. For not recommended, they should pass some previous checks before offering wso as a hostel.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, AWFUL CLEANING.

I BOOKED 2 NIGHTS. IN THE SECOND, I LEFT. ALTHOUGH I LIKED THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE OLDER LADY, THE CLEANLINESS WAS CONSPICUOUS BY ITS ABSENCE. SHEETS WITH PET HAIR... THAT IS, THEY DON'T CHANGE THEM, THE TOWELS SMELLED OF HUMIDITY, SINCE THEY DID NOT DRY THEM OUTDOORS. DOG AND URINE ODORS. THE SHOWER IN THE ROOM, AS NARROW AS A COFFIN, (I'M NOT EXAGGERATING). THE BATHROOM IS IN THE HALLWAY, OUTSIDE.
UN CAOS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Disgust

Terrible cleaning. They don't change the sheets from one guest to another because, when I came in, there were cracks and hair on them. Very old rooms. Those that have a bathroom in the room are so small that, it can be said, that you pee and bathe in the same space and, if you leave the bathroom door open, those in the building across the street see you. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. In apartment 22, the only outlet there is is under the sink, which makes it very dangerous. The toilet is flushable. But, what I disliked most of all was the cleanliness that was conspicuous by its absence. The only good thing is that, if you do the Camino de Santiago, the accommodation is located behind the Plaza del Obradoiro.
