Correct, but it needs an update.

We stayed at the Hotel Exe Área Central during our visit to Santiago. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable, so the rest was good. Furthermore, the location is convenient, with a shopping center next door and easy access to the historic district.
However, the hotel conveys a feeling of somewhat old facilities, and we believe a renovation would do it a lot of good. The breakfast is sufficient, but with little variety and nothing particularly noteworthy.
In general, the stay was correct and met the basics, although we expected a somewhat higher level. It is a functional hotel for spending a couple of nights, but there are aspects that could improve to offer a better experience.

A nice room with access to the shopping centre. Breakfast was of quality though I missed having a proper cooked breakfast, only bacon and scrambled eggs available

This hotel location and its staff will make your stay a comfortable one! The staff is willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one, the hotel being within a mall is quite convenient with many dining options and shopping within a minute’s walk! This combination really made our stay a great one.
Kudos to the hotel staff for making sure we always had what we needed and for always providing suggestions for what to do in Santiago and surrounding areas.
