A really nice little hotel.

The rooms and service were excellent. Everything was clean and the pool area was nice. The staff was really friendly.

Hotel D,or a fabulous small and friendly hotel

Fabulous small and friendly hotel. Young girls on Reception very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hired a kettle €3 euros a day. Worth it. Free hire of an iron, delivered promptly to room. Pool area was lovely and clean, no problem getting a sunbed. Lots of sunbeds and no one reserved any as there was no need to. Happy hour 16.30 to 17.30, Mahou, Sangria and various cocktails to taste. My favourite was the Sangria served up by lovely Carlos. I will definitely return,such a relaxing hotel. Thank you all for a fabulous stay.

Last day ruined

Last day ruined
Before we decided on this hotel, we asked by phone what the situation was with a late checkout on the last day, and later by email as well, since we saw on the website that the normal checkout is only until 11 a.m.
We were told this is no problem at all and we can gladly do that.
On-site, we checked in, and the next day we asked early on that we would like to book the late checkout for 30€.
This was also the only reason why we booked this hotel, as we wanted a late checkout that was promised to us in advance.
Thereupon we were told we have to come by for that on the last day.
We then went there on the last day and wanted to book it, then we were told no, unfortunately that is not possible, everything is full, we have to get ready in the public shower if we want to stay a bit longer.
Now we know that we were stalled with the hope that someone would cancel on the last day and we would receive the late checkout with a bit of luck.
All our clothes got wet, the suitcases dirty, and worst of all, our entire day that we had completely planned beforehand was completely ruined.
Suddenly no one knows which employee promised us this, and we were robbed of our last day.

Un-happy hour.

Everything was great except for the bar man. Be warned, if you are in the que for happy hour drinks, he stops serving at exactly 5.30. It doesn't matter how long you have been in the que for. They need a more efficient bar man with a nicer attitude.

Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely room with aircon. Perfect location. Couldn’t ask for better. Will be back
