Situated just 3km from the airport and 7km from the centre of Granada, this is a functional, a newly built hotel with easy access to the A-92 road.

A disaster, the hotel.
The hotel is very run down; the rooms have the carpet lifted just like the flooring.
They say the food is a buffet, but that is not the case; there are two first courses and two second courses, and it is very repetitive.
All the facilities are closed.
Apart from being 15 km from Granada, it is on a highway, and to get to the town of Santa Fe, you have to walk 1 km to cross the highway via a suspension bridge.
A disaster.
I would not return again.
The staff is very attentive.

Buffet book
The staff was very friendly, but I did not like the buffet at all.
It has nothing to do with a buffet.
For the first course, salad, soup, or puree.
For the second course, meat or chicken and fish.
Desserts include fruit and yogurt.
It is a menu to choose from with only two dishes to select.
It is about 15 km from Granada, and there is absolutely nothing in the surroundings; it is in an industrial area.
Important to note, it does not have a pool.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

DISASTROUS HOTEL
It is a 4 star hotel that would have to be 3 and very fair, it needs a great renovation of lounges and rooms, I do not understand how in a 4 star in the shower practically you can not move is a cabin type drawer, everything, very careless, I do not recommend and of course I will never return

My father went to this hotel.
He's disabled with reduced mobility. We made a trip through IMSERSO at the end of September.
The hotel is located on an industrial estate.
The hotel cafeteria will be from 20:00 to 23:00. To go for a drink you have to walk more than 1 km.
There was no animation at night.
The room was tiny, the open window was above the bed, in the bathroom was bathtub plus shower tray, when it was supposed to be room was disabled, the maintenance of the room fatal, all week they did not change the sheets, nor clean the room.
To top it off there was no hot water in the shower.
I asked them to change my room and they said no.
Its puton is a 4 star hotel.
And there was nothing 4-star.
It lacks maintenance on all sides.

We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays.
