Great location near public transport and the city centre
An easy 10 minute walk to the trainstation or the bus to the airport. Friendly owner. The room was basic but everything you need if you just want the place to sleep! The room and the other facilities where very clean. It's a few minutes walking to the city centre but far enough to be in a quiet street.

Not worth it
It's not worth it. The accommodation itself is not bad, but the rooms lack amenities, so if you want to watch TV, you are forced to share the lounge with others who have arrived earlier and are enjoying all the amenities. It is better to find other accommodation

We arrived around midnight and were made to feel most welcome. There seemed to be a problem about our single room booking but the ladies on duty didn't make an issue out of that. It was very hot outside and without air conditioning it was uncomfortably humid in the room. The room was clean and basic. The accommodation was excellent for a one night stopover, and more than adequate for several nights at a cooler time of the year. Easy walking distance to the city centre. Friendly, kind staff. Reus is also well worth a visit.

Good for a night to stay
We've stayed in this residencia for one night only. It's in a quiet area with not a lot of traffic. But it was still very close to the inner city, which was about 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is available close by and considering it was a park house, it was very cheap.
The room was basically in an apartment shared with some other people. It kind of had this student feeling when staying there. Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen (loads of storage space for food) and a very big terrace (partly covered). It also seemed very secure as you need a key for the first door and a pin code to get inside the apartment + key for the rooms.
The rooms itself are very basic, but that is totally fine as you won't stay inside all the time anyway. The staff was very friendly and helpful, made sure everything is ok and provided suggestions for the stay.
The price could have been a bit cheaper but we booked quite late, so it's acceptable. All in all, I would stay there again and Reus is a beautiful city to spend a weekend relaxing.

Не стоит своих денег
Бронировали данная жильё через букинг, выбирали по отзывам и по низкой цене, поскольку переночевать нужно было только после самолёта и на следующий день поехать поездом до Барселоны. Я не первый раз замечаю такие вещи и подозреваю, что букинг при выборке по цене и рейтингу намеренно ставит на первые позиции, возможно, удаляя негативные отзывы, те варианты, которые ему выгодно по комиссии. Это чисто моё мнение и мои подозрения, просто не первый раз замечаю, что перед поездкой появляются более интересные варианты, с низкой ценой и большим заявленным ассортиментом услуг. Данное жильё не соответствует заявленной стоимости, я считаю, что 45 € за ночь это много. В номер входили 2 кровати с матрасами на пружинной основе и пару предметов старой мебели. Ванная комната была общая на несклолько номеров: всё сделано из плитки, все довольно чисто -к этому претензий нет, но душевая кабина оставляет желать лучшего: крепление для лейки сломано, дверцы явно требуют замены. Хочу заметить, что при этом стоимость номера за сутки на двоих не входил завтрак.
