3 night stay

We stayed at Hotel Cristal Quality Reus for 3 nights as part of a mystery holiday package and overall had a very positive experience.
For a 3-star hotel, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-presented. All bedding and towels were fresh and clean on arrival, and we had no complaints about the room throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful when needed.
The location is excellent for getting around. There are bus stops right outside the hotel and the train station is just a short walk away, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel and explore the surrounding area also there is a supermarket and McDonald’s just across the road from the hotel which is super convenient.
The only downside was the traffic noise from the busy road outside. Our first night’s sleep was disrupted because of this. However, after purchasing earplugs in Barcelona, we slept very well for the remaining two nights. I’d recommend bringing earplugs with you.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with helpful staff. We would happily stay here again and feel it offers good value for a 3-star hotel.

Bad experience. I do not recommend it.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Mainly because of the staff. The girls at the front desk showed me that they are just there to get through the day quickly, finish the month, and get paid. No empathy or involvement with the customers. Both of them were outside smoking and the reception was unattended. The phone ringing. There were 8 of us guests (4 rooms) + 2 couples who were waiting. We all wanted to file a complaint. But in the end, you give up so as not to complicate your life. Horrible service.

Many things to improve: the reception service, the smell of tobacco, the lack of soundproofing, the bathtub (you almost need a ladder to access it), old and broken furniture...

Not acceptable to sleep without a duvet or real bed blanket

Bedding without duvet..a blanket barely thicker than a napkin and bedroom without double glazing
Horrible night...
The room is spacious and clean but a shame not to provide a warm bed with duvet..
Very disappointed night comparable to a night in train berth 2nd class

It needs an improvement in insulation and equipment of the rooms. The reception was the best

It needs a major upgrade at least in the room we stayed after asking for the change because of the noise it was giving to the road. Lis deformed mattresses, the TV did not work at any time, the air conditioning very loose and the bathroom door does not close. The best attention from the girls at the reception who tried to do what they could with the Availability (in covers) they had, first because we asked for a double room and they gave us marriage and then because of the noise. Breakfast lacks hot cuisine to deserve the 10 euros it costs. In short, he has a star left over. I hope they will improve the isolation and equipment of the rooms in the future.
