13th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY in a special setting.
The room is very spacious, it has 2 beds, but in my opinion, the mattresses are very hard and the pillows are very soft. Pillow-type cushions are available for use. The wardrobes are spacious, and throughout the stay, there are many places to leave belongings (Drawers).
The bathroom is quite spacious with a shower and has very basic amenities (Hand soap, Shower gel, and Shampoo). I imagine that if anything else is needed, requesting it at the reception would not be a problem.
The terrace is very spacious, and from it, we can see spectacular views of the Cantabrian Sea and the town of Noja.
The tranquility can be somewhat affected by the celebrations of weddings and communions that take place in this hotel.
It is located in a privileged setting.
As soon as we enter, at check-in, we can find a welcome stand with different sweets from our time (Such as Sugus candies, Chupa Chups, potato chips, sugar-free mint candies, etc.). It is a detail that makes a difference.
At breakfast, we find very good quality products, although the juices and coffees are not exactly very natural. Other than that, everything was good in our opinion.
To all the hotel staff, we thank you for your kindness and for making us feel a little more special during our stay at the hotel. Also, thank you for having the hotel surroundings very beautiful.
Thank you very much for everything.
WE WILL RETURN.

Room and receptionist were shameful.
The restaurant part remains excellent: the food was delicious and the waiter who always serves us, although we do not know his name, was as always very kind and attentive. We also want to highlight Berta, who always tries to help and treats us wonderfully.
The problem was the room. Upon entering, we found the entire window and wall covered in black mold, which is very serious considering that my husband and daughter are allergic. We went to the reception expecting a normal solution, but the girl who attended us from the beginning had a rather unpleasant attitude. The only option was to clean the mold while we were there with a small child or pay an additional €25 for another room that also had two beds and not a double bed; we are not going to be richer or poorer because of that, but while we were trying to talk and resolve the situation, the woman was already rude and huffing and saying, 'Goodness gracious.'
We did not want to upgrade or take advantage of anything for free. We only wanted a room in good condition, without mold. We believe that if a room has such a problem, the responsibility lies with the hotel, not the customer.
Finally, we accepted to pay the €25 because we did not want to ruin the day even more with an argument, but honestly, it was very disappointing.
And to make matters worse, the air conditioning in the new room was not working. It was extremely hot, and we spent the worst night we have had in years at a hotel. Our daughter could not sleep from the heat; she was constantly moving around the bed trying to rest. Fortunately, due to the heat of the days, we always brought a small portable fan for her, because otherwise it would have been impossible.
We did not rest at all.
It is a huge shame because it was a place with sentimental value for us, and we were totally expecting a different experience. And we will not return.

Great hotel, superb views
The food was good quality, with a wonderful choice for breakfast and all evening meals very enjoyable. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful, as well as the reception staff, and my room was kept spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and although there were 2 weddings, there was no noise problem in my room.
The gardens and swimming pool are maintained to a high standard and very picturesque.
I would recommend this hotel as good value for money

Dismal customer service
We were a group of 6 for breakfast. The waiter who attended us behind the bar was nasty since we entered. When I arrived it was all empty yet I insisted that all the tables were reserved for eating, being 11 in the morning... it was clear that I did not want to work as there was not even one other client. It gave us the option of sitting at the only high table that would turn back the smell of rotting wipe. Asked that if he could clean it again, he replied in bad ways than cleaning it with bleach and did not bother to clean it again.
Calcined toast and when he asked for a new one he answered “for which I wanted them little made”. Coffee with watery and nasty milk.

Hotel or Event Room?
Unbearable noise: The scandal was such that I had to go out and buy earplugs to try to rest, something unheard of in a hotel.
Without parking: Despite being a customer, it was impossible for me to park in the hotel grounds, as the spaces were collapsed by wedding guests.
Outdated facilities: Furniture and facilities are completely outdated, more typical of a lower category than the 4 stars it has.
Bad faith in the collection. We were demanded the day before arrival for one night in advance and the other was charged immediately upon check-in. I now understand that this was a measure studied to avoid possible complaints on the spot and the claim or refusal of payment. In this way they also prevent us from leaving when we see the picture. In addition, we had to leave the hotel during the day to escape the noise, coming only after dinner with the aim of trying to rest.
If you are looking for a hotel away from the bustle, this is not your place. It's a real trap.
