Disappointing

I booked at Hostería San Emeterio (Arnuero) through Hotels.com because on the website indicated that they accepted pets. Upon arrival with my dog, at 20:00 on 25/08/2025, the hotel refused me entry on the grounds that it was an “agency mistake” and I was literally left on the street offering no solution.
Hotels.com hasn't given me a reply or refund yet. Very bad experience, lack of seriousness from both the accommodation and the agency.

We're not coming back.

I mean the restaurant:
They wanted to put us on the terrace without consulting and without us asking.
The bottled water of time .bear warms.
The blizzard tube salad and etc.the lettuce were trunks and the tomato was with the flower.
The second course wasn't all they offered on a menu. There was only the most expensive meat
The only thing salvageable is dessert. They didn't offer what was in the letter either.
And the cold coffees, at about the same temperature that served us the water.

We entered at 2.30pm and left at 5pm. And badly eaten
There was no light or toilet paper in the men's room.
I will never come back
There weren't many people eating, but they didn't have enough with two people and they prioritized the terrace tables (it would be for them to eat fast (that's a word) because the service was slow.
We're not coming back.
83 € too expensive for what we ate and as it was.

My experience has been that we had to leave before and it has charged us everything

We need to change pillows, mattresses, armchairs to tell them need a reform only breakfast is delivered because it is very good and the lady who served us charming, but the daughter who is the one who brings the attention to customers with us was a bit edge.

Two Charmed and one disappointed...

We really liked the place. Although the "rustic" style here reaches the maximum degree. Too many decorative elements everywhere.
The fairly normal rooms in which mattresses, pillows and a better shower column should be renovated in the bathrooms.
As for breakfast, suggest some more variety (cheese, bread...) and a coffee machine so you don’t have to be aware of being served...

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE

The food can be considered fine, but the service disastrous as always.
As always we stay in ISLA, we usually go to eat at this restaurant, as the products they offer are good and kilometer 0, especially meat that is self-produced.
